 I would start by verifying:

• Current address
• If you are filing married or single?
• Verifying the bank account for the refund.
• Verify if you had health insurance in 2019
• Verify if anyone in the household went to college or a trade school.
• Verify if you paid for daycare.
• Verify if you have gambling winning or losses

• Are you claiming dependents? 
• Are they related to you? 
• Do you have their Social Security card and number?
• You'll need the date of birth of each dependent.
• in the case of shared custody, WHO IS CLAIMING WHICH CHILD?
